LEGAL: TWO OF THE MIDLANDS LEADING DIVORCE & MATRIMONIAL LAWYERS FROM FAMILY LAW CONSULTANTS, JOIN THE VIP GUEST LIST FOR #CSH EXCLUSIVE SCREENING ON
3 APRIL 7.30PM @ ARC CINEMA DAVENTRY.

Two of the best family lawyers from the Midlands of Family Law Consultants, will be joining the VIP guest list to see Cama Sood Hara by Barrister and Filmmaker Haresh Sood. The film which highlights the dark underbelly of the 'Indian matrimonial system,' whilst simultaneously examining why relationships work and fail universally, is instigating positive discussion as the film travels. See the trailer below.

The documentary is drawing in professionals from all over the country, branding the film as a 'must watch for everyone, Indian or not!'
Felicity and Amardeep have been carefully selected by the production team because of their knowledge, expertise and experience in passionately dealing with sensitive legal issues surrounding matrimony in all cultures.
Each screening is dedicated to an 'L' word that would help us in our lives positively if understood and used responsibly. This screening is dedicated to utilising the 'legal' system effectively to get out of relationships which need to be ended.

Felicity and Amardeep work closely together all over the Midlands in dealing with a plethora of matrimonial law issues. They say 'there is nothing we have not heard or seen'.
Felicity is a Chartered Legal Executive and Amardeep is a Consultant Solicitor, who have both specialised in family law throughout their careers, working everywhere in Northamptonshire, Warwickshire and Leicestershire.
The film closely examines marriage which, if entered irresponsibly can lead to many problems, which both of these lawyers agree can cause a lot of family upset. Between them they say 'no two days are the same, and on any given day they can deal with anything from domestic abuse protection to divorce, or financial provision and arrangements for children'. They also deal with financial settlements, family law injunctions, Special Guardianship Orders and domestic abuse for men and women. They advocate that the law should be used responsibly, as they always try and save cost as they are empathetic and compassionate towards their clients.
Amardeep being of Indian origin is well versed in dealing with South Asian matrimonial issues, and has a good understanding of the sensitivities around the marriage system. The film which highlights these sensitivities which makes her the perfect candidate to share her views on the subject matter.
On the other hand, Felicity is equally as experienced, and also a Trustee for Northamptonshire Domestic Abuse Service (NDAS). Through her many years of practice, she shares that abuse can come from either party in a matrimonial case. The film also highlights the pressures of getting married, thus making Felicity the ideal person to attend this screening.
The film which had its Red carpet in November 2024, is on tour all year going city by city engaging audiences all over. See the red carpet footage and reviews below;
