Daventry Town Mayor, Karen Tweedale to attend #CSH screening at The Arc Cinema, Daventry on 3 April.
Heading 6

Karen Tweedale the Town Mayor of Daventry, will be attending the exclusive VIP screening of #CSH at The Arc Cinema, this April 2025.

Karen Tweedale has been serving the town of Daventry since 2014, first as a councillor, later as a Mayor in 2021/2022 and once again as Mayor for 2024/2025. This trust that the people of Daventry and her fellow colleagues have in her, speaks volumes of her leadership.
“I am deeply grateful for this opportunity and humbled by the trust placed in me for a second term. I am eager to continue serving the residents of our town to the best of my abilities.” As shared by Mayor Karen Tweedale on being appointed Mayor of Daventry during the election.'

Besides her love and passion to serve the people and town of Daventry, Karen enjoys the great outdoors with her family and dogs, just like Haresh Sood our filmmaker, barrister and his chocolate Labrador, Pancho the star of #CSH.

Karen enjoys organising fundraising events for a good cause. Each year the Mayor will nominate a charity to support during their term, and Karen has chosen “Service Six” and the “Northamptonshire Domestic Abuse Service.” Her reason for choosing these two charities comes from her direct experience working with young adults in a local secondary school.
“As someone who works in a local secondary school, I often witness the struggles faced by our young adults. By supporting these two charities, we can make a significant impact on the lives of young people in our community.” See her facebook page here;
