Dr. Khetan is a UK-based NHS paediatrician, whose journey into the self with meditation began some 25 years ago. Dr. Khetan was undergoing a period of intense personal crisis, where chaos anxiety, stress, worry and fear took over her life.  Yet, Dr Khetan did not shy away, instead she chose to step up for herself. What started as a desperate need for inner peace, turned into a powerful inner discipline, which serves to remind her that happiness is within and not dependent on the world outside.

In the past five years, following another significant life crisis, her practice of meditation deepened through rigorous research and profound reflection, guided by learning from masters in the field of neuroscience, emotional resilience, and energetic healing. This was a great turning point in her life, which brought her greater clarity, focus and a creative awakening. This rebirth has led her to painting, podcasting and writing.

Her first book, published in August of 2023, “Becoming a Badass Meditator,” offers a science meets soul, step-by-step roadmap to meditation that helps readers reclaim inner stillness, access deep healing, and ignite personal transformation.  Through this book, she aims to lift the veil off the mysteriousness of meditation as a ritual to turning it into an everyday practice steeped in science and spirituality.

Through her podcast, 'Head to Heart', and her signature 'Meditation Mastermind', Dr. Khetan is making healing a lifestyle. She is bringing to her audience a new age evolution, where healing, transformation and rebuilding one’s emotional core is at the heart of lasting change.

Dr Khetan, through her creative work, whether it’s her well written books or her podcasts, teaches us that we are capable of healing from the biggest grief, and we are capable of overcoming the odds. Most importantly, Dr Khetan, teaches us to live in the present and to find our happiness in the stillness within. See her podcast below.
