This wholly unique group of enthusiastic singers from diverse communities and backgrounds, will all come to support the Holi Screening of Cama Sood Hara on 13 March @ the Arc Cinema Rotherham. Producers are thrilled as the film was shot during the Holi month in India as one it's locations.
Known for their remarkable work (and voices) internationally in combatting isolation, and helping mental health through singing; the key members Dr Rupasree Tewari, Sucheta Darshane Sharada Rao & Snehal Soni are 'delighted' to be attending at VIP's ! Hear the ladies sing this Holi for the film below!
From South Yorkshire towns and villages; they all love to sing and learn music with a keen interest to promote health and mental well being of local people.Together they sing in many languages from different parts of the world. They say;
'We strongly believe that through our singing and music, we can not only encourage community cohesion to encourage unity, confidence and a sense of belonging but also to help individuals & local communities who experience mental health issues, isolation, and loneliness. We run music and singing workshops with local communities. In our workshops, we include singing and other activities such as dance and storytelling. Through these workshops, we bring together different communities from different parts of the world.
So please join us today as we sing our Bollywood numbers.'
