Legs: Daventry Road Runners Club to attend the Exclusive Screening of #CSH as VIPs on 3 April at
Arc Cinema Daventry!

Throughout the film, #CSH highlights the many 'L' words we overlook in our lives that can help us through our difficult times.
The film, which is receiving critical acclaim as it travels internationally, inadvertently illustrates the benefits of running by showing that some of the key nuggets of wisdom come to us as we exercise, where we experience a certain peace and calmness within.

Legs: With these in mind, the production team has very carefully selected and invited “The Daventry Road Runners” as VIPs to watch the film and to share their thoughts in an exclusive VIP screening.

Daventry Road Runners are a friendly, all-inclusive running club based in Daventry, Northamptonshire and have been around for over twenty years. They are very much a community club offering training sessions and coaching in a safe and supportive environment. The club welcomes new runners of all ages and abilities, and currently boasts 200 members.

The spokesperson of The Daventry Road Runners shares 'So, whether you're chasing a new personal best, looking to improve your fitness or would just like to enjoy the social aspect, then you've come to the right place.'

The club runs on most evenings throughout the week, which offer a variety of sessions including interval training, hill repeats, group paced runs and more, all organised by their qualified run leaders. They also offer additional off-road trail runs, track sessions and regular social activities for members, including club breakfasts, evenings out as well as social runs. Get onto their website to become a member of the club or simply head down to the screening at the Arc Cinema and have a chance to meet the VIP guests from the team, John Sach, Debs Sach, Tracy Bax and Matthew Miles.

Haresh Sood the filmmaker, barrister and his chocolate Labrador Pancho will be a perfect candidate for club membership. They spend many evenings and mornings in the great outdoors of Hucknall, running and building bonds.
Further to meeting the runners, you will have a chance for a
'paw'tograph from Pancho the star of the show.
